Halloween Hop!

Hello all!  Here is my post for Jeremy's Halloween bloghop.

1) Add your blog to the list below.
2) Over the Halloween weekend (October 28-31) visit as many of the other blogs listed below as you wish.
3) Be sure to mention your favorite monster movie or book and your Halloween costume this year.
4) If you like the blog, follow it!
5) Grab the badge here and stick it on your blog for a few weeks to spread the word! (If you scratch it, it smells like pumpkin).

Hmm... my favorite Halloween/monster book or movie?
The Nightmare Before Christmas... That counts, right?

And my costume this year?
I'm going as a Who from Whoville.

I'm going to the Halloween carnival for my elementary school in a few hours.  I'm excited-- it should be really fun, as four of my friends are coming with me, and I'll see other friends I haven't seen for a while as they go to different schools.

  3. Sweet! My favorite "Monster" movie is Monsters, Inc. and I'll be dressing up as Velma from Scooby Doo - ready to unmask monsters and repeat "Jinkies"

  5. Happy Halloween Hop, Sofia - good to *meet* you :)
I don't have a favorite horror movie, but my pick for scariest book is "The Uninvited" by William Johnstone. I just reviewed it at Paranormal Wastelands if you want to read about it: http://paranormalwastelands.blogspot.com/2011/10/uninvited-reviewed-by-author-shelley.html
Although most people say, "No thanks" as soon as they see the cover ;)

  7. Passing through for the Halloween blog hop!

I'm not really a fan of anything horror related to be honest. I used to be, but the movie Halloween H20 scarred me for life! I won't be dressing up this year until the late celebrations in November...haven't decided what to go as yet

    Great blog :-)

  14. It's an awesome movie :) Tim Burton movies are always strange, but always good. :) Though, I have to say, Edward Scissorhands was a bit TOO weird for me...

  15. I'm here from the blog hop, and I love your blog!

My favorite scary book is IT (scared the crap out of me when I was a kid), movie that horrified me most was Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween, and I did not dress up this year, because I'm lame. Maybe next year ;-)

Happy Halloween! You can find me at http://www.amberrisme.com :0)
